Our Mission

At Next Step Pediatric Therapy, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality pediatric physical therapy services; from birth to age 21. Our comprehensive services include evaluation, therapeutic treatment, consultation, screening, orthotic fitting, and parent/caregiver education. With 2 locations, our well-equipped gym facilities are fun and interactive environments in which our knowledgeable staff help your child develop the skills needed to enable him/her to reach their maximum potential at school, at home and in their community. Our facilities are designed for success, allowing your child to practice skills in a safe, structured yet therapeutic environment.

At Next Step Pediatric Therapy, we understand the importance of treating the whole child and look forward to the opportunity to work closely with you and your child, as well as the other professionals in your child's life. Taking a team approach, our staff will coordinate and communicate with school administrators and teachers, physicians, caregivers, ABA providers and other related service providers such as occupational therapists, behaviorists and speech therapists. This collaborative team approach helps to ensure that all of his/her needs are being met, while allowing your child to meet functional goals in a variety of environments.

The Next Step Pediatric Therapy staff currently provides services in multiple pediatric settings, including public schools, private schools, or in our fully equipped clinics, located in West Caldwell and Summit, New Jersey. In addition, the Next Step Pediatric Therapy staff participates in many community and school based programs, such as health fairs and street fairs, in order to provide information and education to all. Our Summit location offers workshops, seminars and lectures, which we welcome all to attend.
